Patio doors from the family room lead to the extended deck area which has a sun bathed, private, 30ft screened swimming pool, brand new 5 person Spa with FREE Spa heating, child safety fence and luxury padded poolside furniture. There's also ample seating for alfresco dining. The covered lanai provides shade and a ceiling fan for the many sunny Florida days, which makes it an ideal place to relax and unwind with a glass of wine or two.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, bath and separate shower. Upstairs there is a further queen size bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. Our bedrooms have cupboards and drawers for your clothes and items, plus we have a safe you can use for your valuables. In total our home has 2 bathrooms and one en-suite bathroom.

A games room has been provided for all members of the family to enjoy. There's a full size pool table with cues, air hockey and dart board.
